HUSTLE

The standard definition of the word “Hustle,” basically mean to work hard to make money. Simple right? Everyone admire a hard-worker and we all understand that money is important to survive. However, according to Confucius, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”

There are many contributing factors in our decision to get our “Hustle” on. We “Hustle” to become successful Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Executive Directors of Non-Profit Organizations, etc. Perhaps, like me, you’ve worked in “Corporate America” your entire adult life contributing to the building of wealth for others (Read my story at http://nangeladolberry.com/) and one day you’ve decided to live your dream and build wealth for you and your loved ones. This new approach should give us an even stronger desire to “Hustle” hard to 1) provide a “quality” service or product 2) maintain satisfied customers and 3) make money in the process! However, if we do not have the PASSION in the service or product we’re offering and success is not the driving force, then what’s the point?

Our drive to “Hustle” should be more than monetary gain but the process of leaving a legacy for our loved ones and teaching them the value and benefits of hard work and sacrifice. What motivates you? We should really examine our “Why” and then the “How!” Why do we want to succeed in our ventures and how will we be successful? It’s simple… “Hustle!”

According to Gary Vaynerchuk who is a well-known entrepreneur, investor, author, public speaker, and internet personality, to be successful, we have to “put in the work… there is no quick cure… there is no dollar amount, it’s about the game, process and the climb… there is no game over!” Check out this video titled, “Hard Work & Patience – A Gary Vaynerchuk Original Film” – https://youtu.be/XrVvFUYtYwI
